If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the goods, please contact us to discuss the reason for this. If your refund request is approved, you will be required to return the item(s) to BPI Sports UK in original condition within 14 days of purchase for a replacement, exchange or refund.
If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged, is defective in any way or is not the item which you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or refund. In the event of this occurring, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org between 10.00am to 6.30pm (Mon – Fri) for return instructions. Please do not return an item without informing us and please ensure that all returned goods are clearly marked with your name and order details. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If returning an item to us which we are not liable to collect at our cost (for example if you ordered the wrong flavour etc.), we suggest that you retain proof of postage for your own records in the event of the item/s failing to reach us. Please note that we do not issue refunds if the product has been opened.
PLEASE NOTE: Returned products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be in resalable condition, unsoiled and with no damage to the container, lid, seal or label.
- The item must be unopened.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
In the circumstance that customs & import duty is required, we will require payment from the customer before the sending of goods. Countries outside of the European Union can be subject to this, dependent on order value.
Please note, if customs duty is not paid for whatever reason, your order will be returned to BPI Sports UK’s premises and a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
